Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll review the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide justification. The item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging — along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
